Aboriginal Health Practitioners are what sets our sector apart from the mainstream.  We centre our systems and processes around the Aboriginal Health Practitioner, who are our 'first port of call' and undertake the planning and coordinating of care for our clients both within our internal clinical team and the broader health sector
